eat good food.   sit in good company.    hold their hands when you pray.    feel their

veins,    the roughness of the life they have lived.    let the coffee hit your stomach

with warmth.    bask in the light.    look him in his blue eyes.     let kindness rest on

the soft smile of your lips.   cut through the chatter with gusts of laughter.   speak

of nothing.            speak of everything.            eat good food.           sit in good company.
